Choosing An Agent

For most people, their home purchase or sale will be the most important decision and the biggest financial commitment they will make in their lifetime. The decisions can be crucial and the process complicated. Having a qualified agent at your side is very important to you. An agent that is an expert in the local real estate market and has both personal and virtual (the web) tools at his disposal.

My name is Rick Lockwood and I can be that agent for you. I am a Century 21 agent and a licensed REALTOR®. As your agent I am focused on handling all of your real estate needs with your best interest at heart. My biggest reward from being a successful REALTOR® is past clients and their friends and relatives referring me to new clients. It tells me I have performed my services well.

If you are buying a home I will show you all the homes in your desired area that fit your criteria. Not just what is in the listings. Through my networking and online tools I may have information on homes that are not in the mls.

If you are selling a home, I have the tools to market your home and the resources of the largest realty company in the world: Century21. My online tools guide both the buyer and the seller with valuable information on the process of a real estate transaction.

In either case I will focus on your needs and desires and proceed with an honest and ethical manner. People usually shop around and actively search for an agent when selling their property but will when buying a home it is an accident that they select one. Usually it's the small sign on top of the realty sign in the front yard. As a buyer, you should shop and interview just as seriously for an agent.
